Congrats to Nicole for passing her 5th Kyu test! (She passed the test September 7th)

Class Schedule Monday Sept 4th,  we   will not have class   since o ur host facility Adrenaline Sports & Fitness is closed  We do   have class tomorrow/ Wed. (Aug-30th)  and  next Wed (Sept 6th) Also, last Saturday many of our members participated in, administered, or watched Daryl Everding's 3rd Dan Test in  Tae Kwon Do   Martin Martial Arts (including Ryan, Hanna,  Master Silver!) Congrats to Daryl on success!

We are proud to host a visit from Null Sensei, ZAA's Vice Chair, this Wednesday. He will teach class! To maximize class time, mat-setup & stretching will occur from 6:30PM to 6:45PM. Class will run start a tad early at ~6:45 and run to 8:00.  Please come as soon as you can.
